Investments carry a risk of loss

Private credit investments are illiquid and may result in the partial or total loss of your capital. You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose and only as part of a diversified portfolio.

Illiquidity

Interests in private credit facilities are not traded on a public exchange and cannot be readily sold or transferred. Your capital may be committed for the full term of a facility, and there is no guarantee that a secondary market or early redemption will be available.

Risk of loss

Borrowers or counterparties may default, collateral may be insufficient to recover amounts owed, and legal or market conditions may reduce or eliminate returns. Senior secured positions reduce but do not remove this risk.

Projected returns are not guaranteed

Expected returns, target yields, and distribution schedules shown on the platform are projections based on assumptions that may not materialize. Actual returns may be materially lower, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

Eligibility and suitability

Opportunities are available only to eligible, verified investors and may not be suitable for every investor. You are responsible for determining whether an investment is appropriate for your financial situation and objectives.

No advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult your own professional advisers before making any investment decision.
